This and That

Here it is a lazy February morning. Day off today and we are going to go out for some lunch in a little while to Famous Dave's BBQ. It was Christine's birthday a few days ago so it is like a little after the fact celebration.

Did anyone watch the Bachelor last night? Does anyone even watch that show like I do? I felt really bad for Kacie for having been sent home by Ben the Bachelor with the ugliest hair cut in the world. I'm not his biggest fan and he made a fool of himself on the last season of the Bachelorette getting down on one knee attempting to propose to Ashley. But Kacie was obviously sent home after her hometown date sent red flags to Ben. He doesn't want to take it slowly as Kacie's parents would have liked, and would rather find himself shacked up with the "winner" (probably Courtney), and not really find love in the end, just lust.

The Amazing Race started the other night and Big Brother alums Brendon and Rachel came in a respective second place on the first leg. I found it strange that many of the contestants are professional law enforcement officials like the border patrol and the FBI. When do these types find time to lollygag around the world?

Time to Retire This Blog/Journal For Good

This journal and my foray into blogging is at a stand still and I think it is time to bid adieu to it! I have nothing much to say and really there aren't too many out there that really care if I do. That's ok, I bore myself too. Anyway, it's been nice know you guys back from the days of J-land to the present. If anyone is interested I am on AOL for IM's, Facebook and Myspace as well. Dale Jr. Sucks

Dale Earnhardt Jr. is an A**Hole. Jason Leffler got penalized five laps for doing something similar which resulted in a wreck of three cars in Saturday's race and that wasn't cut and dry. But the Dale Jr. Cup Series decided today to err on the side of popularity once again when Junior intentionally wrecked Brian Vickers after he was upset about being cut off, and in turn ended up taking out the leader Kyle Busch and Jamie McMurray in the process. The only thing that Jr. had to say is it wasn't on purpose and that Nascar needs to change the rule about pitting because they held him a lap when his front tire was on the line a little earlier. Justice is never served when it comes to Jesus Junior since he is the only driver that really matters. Too bad he is so untalented that he cannot win a championship.

This Weather is Getting Boring

We have really had some horrible weather here lately. I don't know what is going on in your neck of the woods but here . . . well . . . I have to shed a lot of clothes it has been so warm. The past week the temperatures have been in the low to mid 80's here. It's too much to handle. What happened to Winter anyway?
